There’s no better way to capture the excitement of Christmas whilst also feeling a little smug you are getting some vital Christmas shopping done than at a Christmas market. Here are some you’d be foolish to miss.

Bristol’s Christmas Market

Where? Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 1UX

When? Open daily from 10.00am-7.00pm from 5th November until the 23rd December.

Located in the very heart of Bristol City Centre, the Christmas market is home to over 40 unique stalls where you’ll find an array of traders selling seasonal delights, crafts and unique items. There will also be a wide range of delicious food available, from traditional Bratwurst to crepes, churros and plenty of sweet treats. Visitors can enjoy heated seating and delicious drinks in the popular Jäger Barn Bar. There will be a range of live music from local musicians, and you may even be lucky enough to meet Santa and his reindeer!

Vintage Winter Wonderland in Millennium Square

Where? Anchor Road, Bristol, BS1 5DB

When? Open daily from 10.00am-11.00pm from 11th November until 3rd January (closed on Christmas day).

The stunning Observation Wheel is open daily from 10am on Anchor Square. Enjoy a sky voyage 40 meters above Bristol’s historic harbour. Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a little festive tipple. Enjoy warm mulled wine, warm mulled cider and hot chocolate topped with cream and marshmallows. 

Bristol Pop-Up Shop at The Galleries

Where? The Galleries Shopping Centre, First Floor, 25 Union Galleries, Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 3XD

When? The shop will be open 7 days a week, 10am – 6pm Monday to Saturdays and 11am – 5pm on Sundays until 24th December.

The shop will be bursting with gifts from over 80 talented local makers, artists, and designers; the perfect place to get started on your Christmas shopping. The full product range includes beautiful illustrations, handcrafted homeware, elegant stationery, adult and kids clothing, fun craft kits, handmade ceramics, super soft knitwear, stunning jewellery plus new for this year, delicious edible delights.
